Back in the Swing of things

It's so great to be back in St. George. 

But........

Physical Therapy isn't a wheelchair's ride down the hall anymore

in the sexy hospital gown

Physical Therapy means

having to get up early

putting on basketball shorts and a t-shirt by yourself

waiting for Mom to come over to do your hair

it's a slow and careful walk to the car

it's putting the wheelchair in the trunk

and

driving clear across town.

Repeating the drill in reverse on the way home.

I think her legs look cute in this picture.

They appear to be working on her left arm

 In this picture it's the left leg

And then this evening she was able to go to Garrett's Baseball Game

I can only imagine how fabulous it was to be back.

This is her second home.

And must have made her feel very normal
